The Company is mainly engaged in the production of polypropylene (PP) bags and for bulk sale of the same to Dungsatem Cement Corporation Limited (DCCL) for packing cement and for export of surplus PP bags and fabric to neighboring states of India.
2010:The Company was incorporated on August 12 ,2010 under the Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2000, as one of the companies of Druk Holding Investment (DHI).
Initially, The Company was established with the total equity from Druk Holding Investments Limited (DHI) and later it was divested by floating the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2007.
2012:The plant commenced commercial production on March 26, 2012.
2013:The Company s shares were listed on Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan on August 2, 2013.
