The Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Ltd had changed to Mirmire Langhubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited in 17 July 2018.
The Bank was incorporated on Poush 02, 2066 (Dec 17, 2009) under the Company Act, 2063 as a Public Limited Company.
The bank has been licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal) on Ashwin 07, 2067 to undertake retail microfinance in the specified districts of the country as a 19th Microfinance Bank in Nepal.
The bank has commenced its full-fledged operation from Ashwin 26, 2067 from its registered office at Banepa Municipality, Ward No 05, Kavreplanchowk.
The Bank is listed on Nepal Stock Exchange.
