The Company was incorporated on 7th March, 2008 as Daraudi Kalika Hydro Private Limited and subsequently changed it s name to KALIKA POWER COMPANY LIMITED and converted into public limited company on 18th October 2015 to facilitate public participation .
The Company was listed on Nepal Stock Exchange in 11 October 2018.
