The Company is engaged in generating electricity through utilization of water and other natural resources in the country.
The Company Objectives is To identify and develop hydro power projects in Nepal , To prepare feasibility reports, Conduct fund management, Construction of potential hydropower projects, To do feasibility of high and low voltage transmission line projects and do the construction work, To provide consultancy services in energy sector and Work on power distribution business (local and export).
The Company was incorprated on 19th June 2003 as a private company and converted into public on 21st July 2013.
The Company was listed on Nepal Stock Exchange in 18 November 2015.
