The Company was registered with initial capital 100 million rial.Then, according to the resolution of the Extraordinary general meeting dated on 5 November 1995, the capital of the company increased to be 230,000,000 Rials.Subsequently, on the basis of the Extraordinary general meeting dated 1 January 2005, the capital of the company increased in two stages In the first stage from amount 230,000,000 Rials to amount 25,925,434,000 Rials and in the second stage, it increased to 32,395,761,000 Rials After that date, according to the resolution of the General meeting of the Supreme Council on 10 Januaray 2009, the capital of the company increased to 35,365,337,000 Rials. on 10 October 2010 increased to 43,220,761,000 rials and finally it increased to
64,831,141,000 rial on 6 August 2013.
