The Company established as a Private joint stock company under registeration number 2406 on 12 March 2007.
The Company started its activity ON 6 November 2010
The Company changed its legal form to be a Public joint stock companyon 11 March 2020
The Company listed on Iran Fara bourse on 8 September 2020.
any officially started its production activity in late 2009 with the aim of producing various types of welding electrodes under the Master brand with an annual capacity of ten thousand tons of electrodes with the participation of Sharp Tools India, a manufacturer of various electrode line machines.
the Company, with its pilot line machines, equipped laboratory facilities and skilled and experienced manpower, has been able to localize the technical knowledge of producing various types of welding electrodes with the cooperation of its foreign partner and thus position itself to produce superior quality products according to Strengthen national and international standards among competitors.
The second phase of the production complex of the Company with the aim of producing various types of welding wires with shielding gas (CO2 welding) according to the pre-established facilities and existing potentials was implemented and at the end of 1995 the company s production basket could be put into operation.
Therefore, this company enters the field of production by producing and supplying various types of arc welding electrodes and various types of shielded welding wires (CO2 welding) and according to the customer-centric charter and believing that the customer and his needs should be a priority of the company s goals. And hopes to meet the quality of products, satisfaction and needs of esteemed consumers.
