The Company established as a Private Joint Stock Company under registeration No. 1672 in Kish on 2 July 2003.
The Company changed its legal form to be a Public Joint Stock Company on 12 Junuary 2015.
The Company listed in Iran Fara Bourse Second Market on 15 September 2015.
Other Activities
1- Accept reinsurance and reinsurance policies in all insurance fields from domestic and foreign markets.
2. Establishment, participation or management of internal and external reinsurance funds
3- Applying for reinsurance cover insurance in relation to accepted insurance obligations
4. Investments from the place of capital, reserves, technical and legal reserves and other financial resources of the company in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations.
5- Supply of complementary and supplementary services in the field of reinsurance
